How do I use my offer code?

We all love a good deal and we want to make it simple for our customers to take advantage of the offers we send out to them.

Please be aware that none of our offers can be used in conjunction with each other (or else we would go out of business very quickly!)

If you already have an offer/discount applied and attempt to apply another to your order, the original offer will be removed. (This also includes cashback/rewards schemes, which cannot be used in conjunction with our promotional discounts).

Please note, that if you arrive at our website by clicking through a social media advert, or search engine you may automatically have special pricing applied - if this is the case, you will not be able to apply another offer. Should you wish to use a different offer, you must remove the pre-applied offer by changing the URL to www.ctshirts.com/eurdefault.

To apply an email offer you have received please follow the below steps:

1. Open your email and click anywhere on the page to open the offer. If you do not know where to click, the "Shop Today" (or similar) button is a good place to start.

2. If the above step does not work, please scroll down to the very bottom of the email, where you will view a link like the one on the bottom left you can see below.

3. You should now be able to see the offer banner clearly displayed near the top of the website.

If your offer is showing in the banner at the top of the website but not applying to your order, please ensure you are meeting any minimum spend requirements listed in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of your email.
 

On the front of your catalogue you may see a website address (URL) such as www.ctshirts.com/123abc. Your offer will apply automatically for you when you visit the link exactly as it is printed. Applying a promotion using this method means there will be no need to apply an offer code in the shopping bag.

Alternatively, if there is no special website address on your catalogue, you will see an offer code printed on the back of your catalogue. You will need to input this code in the "Apply an Offer Code" box in your basket before you checkout. If you click on "Apply" and the offer does not work, you will receive an error message letting you know why. (Reasons for this include the minimum spend not being reached, a different offer already being applied to the order or the offer having expired).

From time to time, our generous Founder Nick Wheeler may send out a voucher to you as a "Thank you" for giving us your custom. These are unique to each customer and have a specific voucher code which needs to be entered in the "Apply an Offer Code" box in your shopping basket.

If you click on "Apply" and the voucher does not work, you will receive an error message letting you know why. Reasons for this include the minimum spend not being reached, a different offer already being applied to the order or the voucher having expired.
