How do I amend an order?

The key factor here is letting us know as quickly as possible, preferably by phone, to give us the best possible chance to catch your order before it leaves us.

If you realise you need to amend your order after it has been placed, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We request that you call us immediately on 0344 482 5100 as if your order has not yet left us, we will be able to amend it for you. Please be aware that this will delay your order by around 48 hours from the original delivery estimate. If the required change involves adding an alteration, you will need to allow an additional 4 working days for this to be completed by our Tailoring Team, then your order will be sent out.

If the order has left us already, we will advise you on how best to return the item(s) you needed to change and complete the exchange.
