Brexit FAQ's

We Brits may have said a fond farewell to the EU, but that will not change anything for our customers. We have not raised our prices and will not be passing fees onto our customers. Here are the most frequently asked questions in relation to Brexit.

No, Charles Tyrwhitt continues to send parcels to the EU “duty-paid” (by us). Other companies might be passing on the cost to the customer but we are not - the price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. If this isn’t the case, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
We continue to ship our orders from our distribution centre in the UK. There has been no change to our practices that will impact you. Again, all taxes and duty will be absorbed by us. See above answer for more details.

Unfortunately, there will always be a slight delay while businesses and carriers rush to get everything ready in line with new regulations. We have already updated our delivery timeframes accordingly and will be monitoring things closely. For the most up to date information, please visit our Delivery page.

Our returns process has not changed and you will still be able to return your order to us following the instructions that came with your parcel.
